Projects Surveyor – Land & Utilities / Land & MBS.
We are looking for a seasoned Surveyor for our Dunfermline office, to organise, manage and carry out surveys (Topographic, Measured building surveys and Utility Surveys).
Working within and managing a growing survey team, for works across Scotland and on occasion the South East of England. Based at our Dunfermline office with a competitive starting salary, plus vehicle, the ideal candidates would have several years experience of Topo & Utility or Topo and MBS as well as supervisory or management experience and be capable of coaching staff to fulfil their potential.
Knowledge of Leica equipment (TS, GPS, GPR etc) is beneficial but not essential.
Candidates should be flexible / adaptable & thrive in a close knit and fast-paced team working environment.

MSL have been back to the site of the former London Olympics to undertake further surveys for re-development.
Topographic & Utility surveys were provided along with a statutory records pack, to give the client a full understanding of the site since the last development took place and prior surveys were undertaken.
We were back to school recently (whilst closed for summer holidays) to undertake a variety of surveys for the local authority’s education stock.

Scanning properties to aid their re-development with rapid field solutions is always beneficial. The processing of such amounts of 3D data is another matter, however our new purchase proved its worth and additional scanners were present to help work with tight timescales.
