Recent work has been to survey a historic property in a seaside village, Fife.

The property has prominence along the coastal path and we provided its owner with floor plans, cross sections and elevations of the property.

Recent training and re-certification of staff in Radio Detection Cable avoidance tools (CAT & Genny) and RD8000 series pipe and cable locator range has been undertaken.
The theoretical and practical training, delivered by manufacturer approved training providers was well received by staff who have vast experience of services tracing and mapping and those who are new to this area of surveying.


We have undertaken a 360 degree virtual condition survey of a large retail outlet in central London.
The property is about to come to market and our Surveyors gathered the site in its pre-let state for the client to manage its asset now and into the future. Our service provides an un-biased imagery based solution for use on your desktop to view, interrogate and manage parts or the whole of your portfolio, without tying you to a contract. Surveys as and when required and you can share the records with other professionals to contribute to your management and planning processes.

Recent works in the central belt surveying areas for new developments, with establishment of control, grid and survey of topographic features to enable land transactions, design of property for industry and commerce.

We have been surveying a proposed cycle route in the Trossachs.

The route is a disused railway line and thankfully was undertaken in winter with vegetation dormant. Timescale and close working with landowners and stakeholders were key to this job.
